Deborah Rolf has over thirty years of experience in the North and Latin American food, nutritional and industrial ingredients markets. Her passion for working with growth-oriented and innovative companies in the food and nutrition fields brings her to Smart Salt.

 

Ms. Rolf spent eight years with Danisco A/S, a global leader in food ingredients, where she held the position of President, North America, and was instrumental in building a team responsible for reversing the declining business trend to a positive one with continuous profitable organic growth. This was accomplished through the sales growth of existing products as well as through the successful development and introduction of new products to the market. Additionally, she led the integration of several key acquisitions that more than doubled the turnover of the North American market for Danisco.

 

During her career, Ms. Rolf has held senior positions with several global leaders in the industry including Fonterra/NZMP, Bunge and SKW. She holds multiple degrees from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, California in Food Science, Nutrition and Business Administration.
