Leif Ramm-Schmidt, Director of Technology, Master of Science in Chemical Engineering (Helsinki University of Technology), has worked in the Finnish Sugar industry for two decades. He has over thirty years of experience in thermal processing, including evaporation, crystallization and drying. As Director of Technology, he is responsible for building the Smart Salt global supply chain.
