Tero Huopaniemi, Chairman and CEO, has worked for over 30 year in senior executive positions in food industry. Prior to Smart Salt he has been President Asia-Pacific for Danisco, and held various other senior positions.
Dr Helen Mitchell, Consulting Director of Science, has worked for over 30 years as product expert and Application Director with specialist food ingredient companies including Pfizer Food Science, Cultor Food Science and Danisco. She has experience in connecting nutrition science, marketing and sales to deliver healthier food products to market
Leif Ramm-Schmidt, M.Sc. Chem. Eng, Director of Technology, has extensive food chemical industry experience in process development, operations as well as in general management, notably in the former Cultor Group, world leaders in crystallization and related technologies.
